Your calendar is the single source of truth. When a customer asks to book, the AI checks your real-time availability — accounting for operating hours, existing appointments, buffer time between jobs, and lunch breaks.
Once a customer picks a time, the slot is instantly locked so no one else can grab it. If two customers text at the same time wanting the same slot, only one gets it — no conflicts, no awkward double-booking calls.
Before confirming the booking, your AI can ask custom intake questions: 'What type of service do you need?', 'What's the address?', or anything else you configure. This means you show up prepared.
